How to Return or Exchange an Item

What can be returned
- Items that are defective or wrong
- Items with color issues or Size Issue Or that you don't like (with some exceptions) Rs 100 Debited From Refund Amount
Mode Of Refund
- Online Payment Orders: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. This could be a credit card, debit card, or digital wallet. The refund process usually takes a few business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders are generally issued through bank transfers. The seller will typically ask you for your bank details once the refund is approved. This ensures the money goes directly to your account.
- Partial COD Orders: Shipping Charge Rs 100 Not Refunded If Parcel RTO Or Return By Any Reason. Refunds for Remain COD amount are generally issued through bank transfers. The seller will typically ask you for your bank details once the refund is approved. This ensures the money goes directly to your account.
- RTO ( Return To Origin): That means If any reason Customer did not received their orders like unavailable or anything else we are deducted Rs 60 Shipping fees from total amount. (Eg- Sujit Pay 399/- and Sujit not accept order so we Proceed refund 399- 60 Fees = 339 Rs only)

Return & Exchange process
- Submit your Return & Exchange request following the instructions above.
- Parcel opening video is mandatory for the return process. Please attach the video when submitting your return request via email
- You will receive approval within 2-4 days.
- Choose one of the following return methods:
- Self-ship to our address (we deduct 100 shipping & Handling)
- Arrange pickup with us Only Available in selected Pin-code (Rs 250 handling fee deducted from refund)
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your refund will be issued within 2-3 business days.
- Only the product price, excluding shipping charges, will be refunded.
- Rs 100 Debited From Refund Amount For Shipping And Handling Fee
- Customers returning a product for an exchange should ship it to our warehouse. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the new product within 2-3 business days.
Conditions for returns
- Items must be returned in good condition.
- Items must have all original tags, boxes, and packaging.
Shipping costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- The original shipping charge will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel an Order
- You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it by:
- Emailing help.pahechan@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation in the subject line
- Cancellations cannot be made after the order has been moved for procurement.
Order cancellation refunds
- If you cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it is moved for procurement, you will receive a full refund within 7 days.
- Orders that are shipped cannot be cancelled, but you can return them following the return policy.
Order cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances
- If your order cannot be processed, procured, or shipped due to unforeseen circumstances, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.
