At Pahechan, operated by R R ENTERPRISE, we want you to love what you wear.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the process simple and transparent.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are accepted only for:
    • Wrong or defective product received
    • Size mismatch
    • Damaged product on arrival
Products bought under discounts, combo offers, or final-sale promotions are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear and personal use products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Accessories or gift items marked “non-returnable”

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at help.pahechan@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your Order ID, Product Name, and Reason for Return in the email.
  3. Our team will verify your request and share the return address and courier instructions.
  4. Ship the product back to us using any reliable courier partner and share the tracking details.

(Reverse pickup is currently unavailable in some pin codes.)

5. Refund Process

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A nominal ₹100 handling charge per order may be deducted to cover logistics and packaging.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired size or product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please share clear images or unboxing videos of the product via email within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time for refunds to reflect.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, email us at help.pahechan@gmail.com.

10. Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval or outside the return period will not be accepted.
  • Items must reach us in their original condition. Any signs of wear, wash, or use will make them ineligible for return or refund.
  • All approved refunds are processed back to the same payment method used during purchase.
